Student support services that FSTM provides are to meet the needs of its students so as to create an environment conducive for students to focus on their academic studies.
Information of student support services is disseminated to all via the student handbook, website and during orientation. Our support services to students include :
- Medical Insurance
- Orientation Programme
- Career Guidance programme (resume writing, holistic class, etc)
- Community Involvement Programme
- Pre-course counselling
- Pastoral Counselling
Facilities and programmes that FSTM provide for all students to enrich their educational experience are the following:
- Recreation facilities (basketball/volleyball/badminton court, football field, etc.)
- Library
- Study areas (student lounge, breakout rooms, etc)
- Food and beverage (canteen, vending machines, etc)
- Wireless Internet connection or computer room
- Health promotion programmes
- Academic assistance to students (e.g. holistic class, English enhancement class, revision class, etc)
The services provided by the Student Support are evaluated by the students along with the lecturers and facilities.
Students who have queries pertaining to the enrolment or studies can contact the Student Services Department. The opening hours of the Student Services Department are:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday / Sunday / PH CLOSED
