Council for Private Education (CPE) Established under the Private Education Act, the Council for Private Education (CPE) is a statutory board empowered with the legislative power to regulate the private education sector. Enhanced Registration Framework
As part of regulatory efforts by the Private Education Act 2009, it is mandatory for all PEIs to be registered with the CPE under the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF).
FSTM achieved his ERF status on 7 June 2010.
