FSTM is committed to provide a high standard of service by promoting an environment conducive to student learning. Our student-lecture ratio for lectures is capped at 40:1. The maximum capacity of FSTM campuses is 480 per shift at a time & will run two shift (9 am to 12pm and 2 pm to 5 pm). FSTM has 12 classrooms and 01 computer laboratory, 01 Conference Hall & a well-stocked library with e-library facilities, out-door recreational area for games (Basketball etc) and a student lounge area.

Information pertaining to registration for our courses, amount and types of course fees, other miscellaneous charges, grievance and redress policies and procedures, as well as other student requirements are disseminated to our students and conveyed in our student handbook, website and other marketing materials that are published.

Our lecturers are selected based on their subject expertise, relevant industry experience and dedication. We have 06 full-time academic, administrative and support staff and 09 adjunct lecturers. We are fully committed to providing our students with the environment for life-long learning enhancing their holistic development. We constantly seek feedback from all our stakeholders to better serve our students.
