Accommodation ranges from S$300 to S$1,500 depending on the geographical area, type of accommodation, demand, facilities and the number of people sharing. Security deposit and agent commission is approximately 1 – 2 months rental rate.

RULES & CIVIC CONDUCT

Smoking : Smoking is not allowed in public transports, train stations, bus interchanges, lifts, theatres, cinemas, government offices, and in air-conditioned restaurants and shopping centres . First-time offenders face a maximum fine of S$1,000
Smoking is not allowed in the school and the area surrounding the vicinity of the school.
- Littering : To maintain the clean and green city, there are strict laws against littering of any kind in Singapore. First-time offenders found littering can face a fine of up to S$1,000. For repeat offenders--it's a fine of up to S$2,000 and a Corrective Work Order (CWO).
- Drug Trafficking : There is death penalty for those convicted of trafficking, manufacturing, importing or exporting drugs in Singapore.
- Working is Not Allowed For Student’s Pass Holders : International students must abide by the rules and regulations set out by ICA which includes the strict prohibition from working while holding a Student’s Pass.
Any student caught working in Singapore may lose their Student pass, be sent home without refund and may be fined by the courts here.
