Council for Private Education (CPE)
Established under the Private Education Act, the Council for Private Education (CPE) is a statutory board empowered with the legislative power to regulate the private education sector.  In addition to its role as a regulator of private education institutions, the Council facilitates capability development efforts to uplift standards in the local private education industry (extracted from www.cpe.gov.sg)

Enhanced Registration Framework
As part of regulatory efforts by the Private Education Act 2009, it is mandatory for all PEIs to be registered with the CPE under the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF).

FSTM has successfully completed the 2nd ERF audit and registration is valid for a year from 28th July 2011 to 27th July 2012.
